Chandler Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Lavender Ink LLC (“Lavender Ink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Chandler: Candle Calculator (“Chandler” or the “App”).

1. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Chandler does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, phone number, or other account information to use the App.

Information you enter into Chandler may include:

• Candle recipes
• Jar and vessel information
• Wax and fragrance measurements
• Batch calculations
• Material and production costs
• Cure timers
• Burn-test records
• Notes and observations

This information is stored locally on your device. Lavender Ink LLC does not operate a Chandler cloud account or server that receives or stores these records.

If you choose to export or share a PDF, CSV file, recipe, batch sheet, or other record, the information is shared through the destination or service you select. You are responsible for choosing where exported information is sent or stored.

2. PURCHASE INFORMATION

Chandler offers Chandler Pro as a one-time in-app purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Lavender Ink LLC does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Chandler uses RevenueCat to verify purchases, restore purchases, and determine whether Chandler Pro features should be available. RevenueCat may process:

• An anonymous application user identifier
• Purchase history and transaction status
• Product identifiers
• Entitlement status
• Limited technical information necessary to provide purchase functionality

These records do not include your candle recipes, burn-test notes, business records, or other content stored locally inside Chandler.

3. SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as:

• Your name or email address
• Your device model
• Your operating-system version
• Your Chandler app version
• Screenshots
• A description of the issue

We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, improve Chandler, and maintain support records.

Please avoid including confidential business information or sensitive personal information in support requests unless it is necessary to resolve your issue.

4. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

Chandler does not display third-party advertising.

Lavender Ink LLC does not sell your personal information.

Chandler does not use purchase information to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

5. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

We may share limited information only when reasonably necessary:

• With Apple to process App Store purchases
• With RevenueCat to verify and manage Chandler Pro access
• With service providers assisting us with support, security, or app operation
• When required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request
• To protect the rights, safety, security, or property of Chandler, Lavender Ink LLC, our users, or others

We do not share your locally stored candle recipes, calculations, timers, testing records, or business information with RevenueCat.

6. DATA RETENTION

Records created inside Chandler remain on your device until you delete them, reset the App’s data, or remove the App.

Deleting Chandler may permanently remove locally stored Chandler information. Chandler currently does not provide cloud restoration of recipes, jars, timers, burn tests, or business records.

Purchase and entitlement records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support history, comply with legal requirements, and improve the App.

7. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information under our control. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any files you export from Chandler.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Chandler is not specifically directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us through a support request, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold about you, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion.

Because most Chandler information is stored only on your device, you can generally manage that information directly inside the App or by deleting the App.

For questions or requests regarding purchase information handled by Apple or RevenueCat, you may also need to contact the applicable provider.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when Chandler’s features, services, or legal obligations change.

The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App where appropriate.
