What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using a coconut-apricot wax blend and two cotton wicks.
What size are your candles?
Our signature candles have a 10 oz fill and are available in black or white glass vessels.
What makes each piece unique?
The decorative artwork on every vessel is applied by hand. Small variations are part of the process, so no two finished pieces are exactly alike.
Where are Lavender Ink products made?
Our candles and reed diffusers are handcrafted in small batches in Maryland.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies with wick care, room conditions, and burn habits. For the best performance, follow the candle-care guidance below and never burn for more than four hours at a time.
How do I care for my candle?
Trim both wicks to about 1/4 inch before each burn. On the first burn, allow the melt pool to reach close to the vessel edge. Keep the candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How do the reed diffusers work?
Place the reeds into the fragrance blend and allow them to absorb and diffuse fragrance into the room. Flip a few reeds when you want to refresh the scent. No flame or electricity is required.
What size are the reed diffusers?
Our signature reed diffusers are 8 fl oz (236 mL). Coastal Orchids is also available in a 4 fl oz (118 mL) petite size.
What comes with an 8 oz diffuser?
Each 8 oz diffuser includes five black fiber reeds plus five replacement reeds.
How long do the diffusers last?
Longevity varies based on temperature, airflow, reed-flipping frequency, and room conditions.
What scents do you offer?
Coastal Orchids: Fresh, airy, and clean, with mineral drift, sea salt, soft orchid, and delicate florals.
Lavender Noir: Soft lavender layered with mineral depth, salty notes, dark wood, and quiet warmth.
Saffron Santal: Rich saffron, smooth sandalwood, soft florals, and warm woods.

What is your return policy?
Unopened and unused products may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos. Review our Return and Refund Policy for details.
