What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using apricot coconut wax with natural cotton wicks. We choose this wax blend because it burns cleaner and longer than traditional soy or paraffin, giving you a superior scent throw and a smooth, even burn.

How long do your candles burn?

Each candle offers approximately 80 hours of burn time, which means one candle can carry you through an entire season of evenings.

What size are your candles?

Our candles weigh 40 oz total (including the glass vessel) and are available in white or black glass.

How do I care for my candle?

For the best experience, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and always place on a heat-safe surface.

How do the reed diffusers work?

Simply place the reeds into the fragrance oil and let them absorb. The scent will naturally diffuse into your space. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the fragrance. No flame or electricity needed.

How long do the diffusers last?

Our diffusers provide continuous fragrance for several weeks depending on the environment. Warmer rooms and higher airflow will diffuse the scent more quickly.

What scents do you offer?

We currently offer three signature scents:

Coastal Orchids: Fresh, airy, and clean. Mineral drift, sea salt, and soft orchid. Best for daytime spaces and open living areas.

Lavender Noir: A deeper interpretation of calm. Soft lavender meets Black Sea mineral and dark wood. Best for bedrooms and evening rituals.

Saffron Santal: Warmth, depth, and quiet sophistication. Rich saffron layered over smooth sandalwood. Best for intimate settings and dining spaces.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
