Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, large gifting orders, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping methods, available destinations, and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Delivery estimates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Lavender Ink LLC. Carrier delays, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lavenderinkstudios.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

International shipping is available only to destinations presented at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country.
