What is the minimum order?
Orders start at 12 pieces.
What branding options are available?
Branded inserts are available from 12 pieces. Co-branded vessels are available from 24 pieces. Describe the branding you want in your inquiry so the details can be reviewed.
How far in advance should I inquire?
Standard lead time is 2-3 weeks. Customized lead time is 3-5 weeks. Include your required date so timing can be confirmed.
Can I request a pairing of products?
Yes, you can describe the pairing you want. Pairings are quoted individually, and the proposed combination is subject to confirmation.
Are these the final prices for event or wholesale orders?
No. The displayed candle, 8 oz diffuser and 4 oz petite diffuser prices are retail reference prices. Order-specific prices are provided in a quote.
Does submitting the form reserve or place an order?
No. An inquiry does not place an order. We will review your request before confirming any price, details or timeline.
